The president and owner of the company is Margaret De Gregorio who acts as Principal-in-Charge of Facilities, Fixed Assets & Planning, offering over 20 years of project management experience. Prior to incorporating DePM Inc., Margaret spent nine years managing the Canadian facilities for one of the largest general insurance companies in Canada. One of her most recent accomplishments in the field of facility management was the completion of an $11 million, 165,000 square foot head office refurbishment.

Margaret has substantial experience coordinating multi-disciplinary consultant teams, ensuring the successful outcome of the planning and design of a significant amount of corporate space. Her background allows her to combine an operational understanding of a business along with a keen sense of the planning necessary to ensure that the completed project not only looks good, but also works.

During her career, she has been responsible for guiding the processes for the successful implementation of: hoteling, call centres, conference/training and presentation centres with multimedia capabilities, fitness centres, full food service facilities, recycling programs, elevator conversions, lighting retrofits, and their associated programs.

In the early '70s, Margaret entered the world of property management. This business experience was gained through the management of Le Chateau, a preserved art deco residential property in Montreal, for one of the largest life insurance companies in the world.

Margaret is a graduate of Ryerson Polytechnic University's Facility Management Program. She has been an active member of the Toronto Chapter of the International Facility Management Association since 1987, serving on their Membership Committee and Program Committee, along with contributing as a speaker at the association's dinner meetings.

As a partner of DePM Inc., Tony is Principal-in-Charge, Design and Project Management for the firm. In 1993, after 20 years in the design business, Tony decided to strike out on his own and De Gregorio Project Management Inc was formed. In 1996, as the company grew, the corporate name was changed to DePM Inc.

Tony's diverse and detailed knowledge of design and project management is an enormous asset to the company. Tony is skilled not only in designing a project, but also in ensuring that the critical path for the completion of the project is adhered to, both from a timing and financial point of view. Over the years Tony has worked on projects from 2,000 square feet to 140,000 square feet and has gained experience in a wide range of industries.

Prior to founding his own company, Tony spent eight years with Marshall Cummings + Associates in the role of Senior Designer and Project Manager. Additionally, he spearheaded numerous hospitality projects for Wood Wilkings Ltd. of Toronto for their U.S. and overseas markets.

Subsequently, Tony directed hospitality projects for one of the largest developers in the United States, Trammell Crow Development, from their corporate head office in Dallas, Texas. Tony headed the team that brought the enormously successful Whyndom Garden Hotel and the Whyndom Resort Hotel concept to the market.

Tony De Gregorio is a graduate of the School of Interior Design at Seneca College. He was granted membership in the Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario in 1987.
